HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS?
For AIP applications (Approval-In-Principle), process can be as fast as 1 to 2 working days from submission of full documents, due to the strong support we have with the major banks. In peak seasons or some situations that mitigations are required (e.g., complicated/mixture of incomes, personal credit bureau issues, selected units are on districted areas, etc.), approval may take up to a week or two. Hence, we always advise clients to seek our assistance as soon as they found an ideal unit
